Enter the Borings, See the Strata!

Add Boring Data.  If your site has soil Boring samples, entering the data is a two step process.  First, enter the information in simple chart form. Insert a row in the chart for each strata layer, and enter the strata names.  Each strata layer can have an individual shrinkage (re-compaction) and expansion (for hauling) value.  Enter the depths to each strata layer for each boring location. 

Water Table Problems?   If you have water table depth data, you can enter it.  This provides a visual indication of the water table depth in cross sections and pipe profiles.

Locate the Borings.  Save your data, and digitize the boring locations.  The next step is to enter the stripping information.
